Owner vacation rental lease will need to be signed by tenants.

*Need a couple days notice if pool heat is wanted. Pool heat is $49 per day.

Per the City of La Quinta, NO music is allowed to be played OUTSIDE at any time.

Heating the spa is included. Heating the pool is $49 per day. Primary Renter to be 25 years of age or older.
Gardener comes on Tuesdays. Pool guy comes on Wednesday and Saturdays.

Propane tanks for the BBQ can be found at the home; It is the guests responsibility to refill these tanks for usage.
Damage deposit amount is $3,000

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
