Noise monitor device installed to help mitigate any noise issues before city is contacted.

City taxes of 11% and pool heating fee of $50 per day with a 3 day minimum to be paid separately and requested before your stay. This is done so you don't have to pay an Air BnB fee on taxes and pool heat as they charge a percentage. If pool is heated for less than 3 days it is $70 per day.

Minimum age requirement is 25. Renters required to sign a lease and provide a copy of their ID. Owner requires a lease to be signed.

Damage Deposit is $3,000.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
