Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $49 per day. Pool heat and 11% city taxes will be requested prior to check in. This is done as a separate charge so that the guest does not have to pay the Air BnB service fee on these two items since the Air BnB service fee is a percentage on the entire booking.

Minimum age requirement is 25. Renters required to sign a lease and provide a copy of their ID.

Per the City of La Quinta, NO music is allowed to be played OUTSIDE at any time.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
