Located at the foot of the Santa Rosa Mountains this home offers the ultimate relaxation. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open and spacious floor plan. Pool/spa with breathtaking mountain views all around. Within walking distance of the running/walking trails and Old Town La Quinta.

*Owner requires a lease to be signed. Pool can be heated at an additional cost.
Must be 25+ years old to rent.

*Propane tanks for the BBQ can be found at the home; It guests responsibility to refill these tanks for usage.

*Heating the pool is an additional charge of $49 per day. Need a couple days notice if pool heat is wanted.

Damage Deposit is $3,000.

*Per the City of La Quinta, NO music is allowed to be played OUTSIDE at any time.
(LQMC Section 3.25.070)
*1 ring door bell located at the pool area next to the door and it will only be recording if someone rings the door bell

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
